Director of Nursing, Emergency Department

Location: Aiken, SC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $114,400 to $170,560 per year

Lead the Emergency Department nursing team in Aiken, driving high-quality patient care in one of healthcare's most fast-paced environments.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current South Carolina RN license
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• 3+ years of emergency nursing experience
• Healthcare management experience
• Knowledge of fiscal and HR management
• Strong independent decision-making skills

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership to the Emergency Department nursing team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Develop and manage department budgets and resources
• Lead staffing, hiring, and HR practices within the ED
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and ED flow

Nice-to-Haves

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field
• Up to 5 years of experience in emergency nursing leadership

Compensation and Benefits

• $114,400 to $170,560 per year
