Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Experience with municipal water/wastewater/stormwater engineering concepts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD

We are seeking a driven Environmental Engineer – Municipal Wastewater to support and grow a dynamic team in Marietta, GA. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful water and wastewater projects, helping deliver sustainable solutions related to water quality, reuse, and infrastructure resilience. You will collaborate with experienced professionals while developing your technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects
• Prepare CAD drawings and project deliverables that meet industry and client standards
• Perform design calculations and develop engineering plans and specifications
• Assist with construction administration, including site observations, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews
• Prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) reports, cost estimates, and technical presentations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Participate in client meetings and project discussions

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in environmental, civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering (consulting preferred)
• Experience with municipal wastewater systems, infrastructure design, and planning
• Demonstrated ability to own projects and deliver results on schedule and within budget
