Executive – EW PPC

Job description:

  • Resources planning.
  • Monitor & report on inventory.
  • Daily monitoring of subordinates performance.
  • Submit Weekly & Monthly departmental performance report on output, scrap, quality and safety.
  • Assist Superior on daily monitoring of department operation and performance on production output, scrap, quality and safety.
  • Weekly generate and submit manpower status report to Superior.
  • Monthly check and submit departmental plan & trace report.
  • Arrange subordinates training schedule (update Personnel Training Record from Operators until Line Leader level).
  • Review and update departmental procedure manual and work instruction.
  • Maximize manufacturing productivity with time study, work study & work simplification strategies.
  • Prevent and reduce production rejects with effective quality control tools.
  • Ensure man, machine, material is sufficient to achieve target.
  • To lead department Kaizen activity.
  • To introduce only environmentally friendly material to company.
  • Develop practical manufacturing cost reduction strategy.
  • To use only authorized direct / indirect material that conform to environmental requirements.
  • To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
  • To carry the above task in safely and healths manner by following the Company’s OSHMS requirements.
  • Perform any other related tasks / functions as and when required by the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree holder or equivalent
  • Able to speak and write in Japanese and English
  • Experience as project leader, inventory management control and production planning
