Overview:
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Hospice / Home Health Sales Executive to grow market share in the Dallas area. This role offers the flexibility to focus on hospice, home health, or both service lines, each with its own incentive structure. Ideal candidates are high-performing sales professionals with strong local connections and a passion for patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners
- Promote hospice and/or home health services to drive admissions and expand territory growth
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships
- Manage sales activity and performance using CRM/contact management tools
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and high-quality service delivery
