Job Description : As a Hospice Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include managing existing contracts and building new relationships and referral sources in the healthcare industry. This will involve reaching out to hospitals, long-term care facilities, and specialty physician practices to identify potential referral sources and maintain ongoing connections, ultimately increasing admission rates and preference for hospice services. Your expertise, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities will be key in initiating one-on-one discussions with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to educate and explain the benefits of hospice care. In addition, you will serve as a valuable resource to referral sources, ensuring exceptional patient and customer service.

Qualifications :

  • You should have at least one year of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in marketing for hospice, palliative care, or home health services is strongly preferred.
  • You should be skilled in establishing and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, marketing departments, and clinical staff in order to have a comprehensive understanding of hospice services.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with new and existing accounts, including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
