Hospice Sales Executive - Must Have Hospice or Home Health Sales Experience, No Exceptions

Location: Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with sales and marketing skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our Hospice programs and services by building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals and community partners who refer, or may refer, patients to hospice care. Candidates must have a proven track record in promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services and should be familiar with Contact Management software.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in high-energy sales and marketing strategies
• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other potential referral sources

Qualifications:

• Must be a local candidate with established referral sources
• Proven track record of successful Hospice and/or Home Health Services promotion (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to build and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
• Familiarity with Contact Management software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Stable work history with verifiable performance

Experience:

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (required)
