Learn modern automated systems from day one at a brand new, well-funded food manufacturing plant.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance
• Multi-craft skills, both electrical and mechanical
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and find root cause
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights
• High school diploma or GED

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment
• Complete assigned PMs on time and to standard
• Use structured problem solving, such as 5 Whys, to find root causes
• Help install, commission, and test new equipment on capital projects
• Coach operators on basic equipment care and setup
• Document work orders in the plant's ERP system
• Follow safety, environmental, food safety, and 5S standards every shift

Nice-to-Haves

• AAS, apprenticeship, or technical certification
• Experience in a highly automated plant
