Location: East Chicago, Indiana
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

$325K–$410K + BONUSES | 1:4 CALL | SINGLE HOSPITAL | RELOCATION AVAILABLE


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN (with plan for certification if BE)
  • Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Indiana Medical License
  • CSR/DEA registration (or eligibility)
  • Ability to handle full-scope OB/GYN care including deliveries and surgeries
  • Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency
  • Willingness to participate in a 1:4 call rotation (single hospital coverage)

Position Overview:

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care
  • Perform routine and emergency gynecologic surgeries (laparoscopy, hysterectomy, etc.)
  • Manage high-risk obstetric cases with strong clinical support
  • Conduct annual exams, cancer screenings, and family planning services
  • Collaborate with neonatal teams and specialized nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in a shared 1:4 call rotation covering a single hospital

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $325,000 – $410,000 base salary (aligned with MGMA benchmarks, negotiable)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
  • Background in high-volume or hospital-based OB/GYN settings
