Help build the maintenance culture from the ground up at one of the newest food and beverage plants in a global network.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years leading or supervising maintenance in manufacturing
- Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, drive, and industrial electrical troubleshooting background
- ERP-based CMMS experience
- A floor-first leader who holds a crew accountable through a full shift
What You'll Do
- Supervise a shift crew of maintenance technicians
- Own safety, quality, food safety, and environmental results for the shift
- Assign work orders and confirm every job is completed correctly
- Lead shift handoffs and represent maintenance in production tier meetings
- Shift the team from reactive repairs to planned and preventive work
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Coach and develop technicians through one-on-ones and development plans
- Support OEE and continuous improvement efforts
Nice-to-Haves
- Engineering or technical degree
- Food, beverage, or CPG experience
