Responsibilities:

• Innovate and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
• Create efficient plant layouts to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate on tooling ideas and oversee tool maintenance.
• Develop and manage documentation, including work instructions and manufacturing bills of materials.
• Support the introduction of new products using DFMA principles.
• Analyze workforce and space utilization to optimize workflows.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Proficient in ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Oracle, Teamcenter).
• Skilled in 3D CAD software (CATIA V5/V6, UGNX, ProE).
• Experience with aerostructures is advantageous.
