Manufacturing Engineer, Architectural Wood Doors

A hands-on process improvement role at a modern architectural wood door plant with a year of orders already booked. You'll report to the Automation Engineering Manager.

Must-Haves

• Associate degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation
• Strong process improvement skills tied to KPIs
• Self-starter who works well alone and on a team
• Communicates well with operators through leadership

What You'll Do

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems with Production, CI, Maintenance, and Engineering
• Serve as the escalation resource for issues that need deeper process analysis
• Plan, design, and validate new and improved processes
• Eliminate waste in constraint areas and improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery
• Build and drive metrics with production teams
