We are currently seeking a highly qualified Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join our esteemed Corporate & Securities team in New York. Ideal Candidate:

• Graduated from a top-tier law school and holds a JD with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York is a must.
• Has accumulated 4–7 years of substantial experience in M&A and private equity.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting and negotiating complex M&A and private equity transaction documents.
• Proven experience working as a key member of deal teams, overseeing transactions from due diligence to closing.
• Prior experience with a distinguished law firm, preferably an AmLaw 50 firm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal and technical guidance on sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition agreements, equity documents, and related transaction documentation.
• Take the lead in coordinating and conducting comprehensive due diligence efforts to ensure compliance.
• Manage critical transaction components and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.
• Keep abreast of financial and market trends to offer forward-thinking counsel.
