Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the company’s network systems while providing technical support to internal users. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining reliable network operations that support business and production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and related systems

• Monitor network performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency

• Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and system issues across the organization

• Manage network security, access control, and system permissions

• Provide technical support and training to internal users as needed

• Maintain documentation related to network architecture, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and network optimization initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Fortinet Certified Associate or higher

• Arista ACE Level 2 certification or higher

• Experience working with ArubaOS networking systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
