OB RN Director, Labor and Delivery

Location: Hancock, MI (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Pay: $101,172 to $136,594 per year, plus $5,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation: Up to $5,000 available

Lead an obstetrics team delivering exceptional care to mothers and newborns, with weekday hours and a meaningful impact on family health.

Must-Haves

• Current Michigan RN license
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• BLS for Healthcare Providers
• NRP, AWHONN EFM, AWHONN POEP, and STABLE certifications (current or within 1 year of hire)
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate patient care in the OB department using the nursing process
• Identify and resolve issues affecting clinical service
• Lead performance improvement studies and initiatives
• Serve as the clinical resource on patient care, flow, and standards
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and healthcare regulations
• Manage staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate patient education in Labor and Delivery

Nice-to-Haves

• 4+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• BSN
