Pediatrician – Outpatient Practice – Geneva, NY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our established outpatient practice in Geneva, New York. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive healthcare system that prioritizes patient-centered care, professional growth, and community engagement.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Predictable Outpatient Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting excellent work-life balance.

• Manageable Call Rotation: Approximately 1 in 5 evening/weekend calls, with Family Medicine senior residents covering the initial calls via answering service.

• Academic Engagement: Participate in inpatient nursery teaching rounds about every 5th week, collaborating with Allopathic and Osteopathic Family Medicine residents and medical students.

• Robust Hospital Pediatric Support:

  • 24/7 in-house Neonatology support for deliveries and consultations

  • Dedicated Pediatrics service within the Emergency Department

  • 24/7 Pediatrics Hospitalist coverage

  • Access to ambulatory Pediatrics specialty services

• Supportive Administration: Work within a system that provides the resources necessary for your success and the continued growth of pediatric services in the community.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $220,000 to $300,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
