The Opportunity

An independently owned, growth-oriented pharmacy organization is seeking a full-time Infusion Pharmacist to join its team in Texarkana, TX. This role is roughly 90% home infusion and 10% hospice and compounding, giving you diverse therapies and meaningful patient interaction every day. Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams on infusion therapies and medication management
• Monitor patient therapies and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication administration and side effects
• Participate in quality assurance, compliance, inventory management, and operational initiatives
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage

The Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, days, 40 hours per week, plus rotating on-call
• Compensation: $60 to $70 per hour (about $125,000 to $140,000 annually), plus on-call pay of roughly $7,000 per year
• Relocation: Assistance available, and the company will wait for your TX license if needed

Ideal Background

• Active Texas pharmacist license required (the company will wait for licensure if necessary). Arkansas license a plus
• Infusion experience required. Specialty pharmacy or long-term care experience also valued
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
