Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer ready to lead impactful projects in a high-performance manufacturing environment? Our client, a leader in advanced polymer film production, is seeking a results-oriented professional to help drive innovation and operational excellence at their state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a strong safety culture by leading electrical safety initiatives and participating in site safety teams

• Manage and execute complex electrical and control systems projects from initial design through implementation

• Provide expert troubleshooting and system optimization in a 24/7 production environment

• Conduct root cause analyses and structured problem-solving to address equipment or system failures

• Collaborate with process and quality teams to develop small- to mid-scale projects that enhance reliability and efficiency

• Support new system startups, operator training, and technical documentation updates

• Recommend and lead improvements aligned with operational and financial goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering

• In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution equipment, and industry standards

• Demonstrated success in capital project management and continuous improvement initiatives

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable
