A nationally licensed specialty pharmacy in Pittsburgh is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a combined dispensing and clinical role. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on complex specialty therapies, prescription verification, and patient counseling. Pharmacists work as clinical professionals supporting both fulfillment and quality initiatives.

Schedule Full time, onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Compensation $114,000 - $125,000 Per Year

What You'll Do You will review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and regulatory compliance, performing final quality assurance checks as part of the fulfillment workflow. You will provide patient counseling on specialty therapies, applying clinical judgment to complex medication regimens.

You will guide and support pharmacy technicians, helping maintain workflow and quality standards across the team. You will also support quality initiatives and step into leadership support functions as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to perform final verification and quality assurance checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty pharmacy experience
• Mail-order pharmacy experience
• Experience guiding or supervising pharmacy technicians
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives
