We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Nampa, ID. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Your contributions will play a crucial role in delivering personalized and effective therapy programs.


- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.

- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function according to individual needs.

- Monitor and document patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal outcomes.

- Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into practice as appropriate.

- Assist patients in following the prescribed Plan of Care, and effectively delegate tasks when needed.

- Foster a collaborative culture based on our service vision, working effectively with non-clinical staff to support the needs of the caseload.

- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in patient schedules and daily patterns.

- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- CPR certification and any other relevant certifications required by state regulations.

- Strong clinical skills, with preference for experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.

Physical Requirements:

- Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.

- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).

- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.

- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.

- Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.

- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
