Physical Therapist, Orthopedic and Sports Performance

Northbrook, IL (Onsite)

Treat one patient at a time in 60-minute, cash-pay sessions at a concierge healthcare practice that blends orthopedic rehab, sports performance, and longevity care. You will help launch a new Northbrook clinic and become its primary on-site PT, Monday through Friday.

Must-Haves

• DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Strong orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills
• Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal and post-op conditions
• Solid understanding of strength, conditioning, recovery, and injury prevention
• Confidence working independently

What You'll Do

• Spend about half your time on executive health and performance assessments covering strength, mobility, cardio fitness, and body composition
• Spend the other half on one-on-one orthopedic rehab, manual therapy, and return-to-activity programming
• Collaborate with physicians, registered dietitians, and other clinicians
• Help build PT services at a new location, with support from an experienced PT leader

Nice-to-Haves

• Sports medicine, return-to-sport, running rehab, or strength and conditioning experience
• OCS, CSCS, COMT, dry needling, or blood flow restriction certification
• Experience with active adults, athletes, or direct-access patients

What You'll Get

• $85,000 to $95,000 base salary, negotiable by experience, plus performance bonus potential
