Physician Family Medicine and Pediatrician, Turnkey Clinic

Location: Miles City, MT
Job Type: Full-time, 4.5-day work week
Pay: $260,000 to $280,000 per year plus sign-on, relocation, and up to 6 months of housing

Step into an established patient panel at a turnkey clinic, caring for families and newborns in a progressive rural Montana community. Openings are available for both a Family Medicine Physician and a Pediatrician.

Must-Haves

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Pediatrics
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current Montana medical license
• Willingness to see inpatient pediatrics, attend deliveries, and care for newborns as needed

What You'll Do: Family Medicine Physician

• Provide care for patients of all ages in a turnkey clinic practice
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, minor injuries, and accidents
• Perform office procedures, physical exams, and selected lab testing
• See newborns and attend deliveries when needed
• Collaborate with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
• See about 16 to 18 patients per day with timely, accurate documentation

What You'll Do: Pediatrician

• Care for infants, children, and adolescents in an established outpatient panel
• Treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions and perform clinic procedures
• Attend newborn deliveries and provide infant care and discharge planning
• Share rotating call for pediatric and newborn coverage
• Mentor and collaborate with NPs and PAs
• Support community wellness and quality improvement initiatives

Nice-to-Haves

• 2+ years of physician experience
• Experience in a rural or critical access setting

Compensation and Benefits

• $260,000 to $280,000 annual salary
