We're hiring a hands-on Process Engineer to lead process improvement for a thermoplastics manufacturing plant.
Must-Haves
- Engineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
- Manufacturing Process Engineer experience
- Statistical analysis and SPC
- Root cause analysis
- Works independently
What You'll Do
- Improve manufacturing processes, quality, and throughput
- Analyze process data and variation
- Write and update SOPs and work instructions
- Train operators on new processes
- Work with maintenance, quality, and production
Nice-to-Haves
- Plastics extrusion or compounding
- Manufacturing digitalization
Compensation and Benefits
