Production Team Lead
Location: Buffalo, NY (On-Site | Rotating Shifts)
Pay: $33/hour

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and production systems
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Proven leadership and team coordination experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED with technical training or equipment operation experience
• Ability to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd), including overtime, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Associate’s degree in a related field

Position Overview

The Production Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role requires flexibility to rotate across all shifts, with a primary focus on 2nd and 3rd shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate production activities to ensure continuous operations
• Drive performance across quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sanitation metrics
• Lead and support production teams to achieve operational goals and efficiency targets
• Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize workflow and resolve production issues
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and safety procedures
• Assist with auditing processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Provide coverage and support across shifts as needed
