Project Executive
Project Executive (Government Housing)
Hiring Salary Range: $126,900 – $169,400 (commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications)

What You Will Do:
As a Project Executive, you will lead cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and construction to ensure successful delivery of projects within your assigned region. You will oversee project execution from estimating through closeout, manage financial performance, maintain customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on project oversight, and a deep understanding of resource planning, scope control, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead project delivery, estimating, and financial oversight across the assigned project portfolio.

Support the sales and engineering teams in securing new contracts and defining project scopes.

Assign and manage Construction Managers, ensuring they have the tools and support to execute effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, security procedures, and project execution standards.

Monitor workforce levels and adjust resources as needed to meet schedule milestones.

Oversee change management and ensure all scope changes are documented and approved prior to execution.

Engage in project planning, execution strategies, cost control, and risk mitigation.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors throughout project lifecycles.

Ensure high customer satisfaction during both the sales and execution phases.

Provide regular financial updates and project forecasts to the Area General Manager.

Lead monthly reporting of financial performance, revenue, gross margin, and project cash flow.

Collaborate with the Area Installation Manager to forecast and allocate future resource needs.

Champion SSA Safety Program implementation across all levels, ensuring employee and subcontractor compliance.
Internal Collaboration:

Partner with Area Installation Manager for resource planning, personnel assignment, and project oversight.

Support development of annual operating plans and monthly financial reporting in coordination with the Area General Manager.

Guide team members in early project planning to optimize vendor selection, value engineering, and risk assessment.

Promote collaboration across business units including Systems, Service, and Lighting.
External Engagement:

Represent the company within the local contracting and industry community.

Network with subcontractors and industry organizations to strengthen relationships and identify partnership opportunities.

Establish long-term customer relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Look For:
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

10+ years of progressive operations management in the installation industry
-
Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business results

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Deep understanding of construction project management and financial principles

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, Adobe, and scheduling software
-
Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance with legal and safety regulations
