Project Executive, Healthcare Construction

Location: Denver, CO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000 to $180,000 per year

Lead complex hospital and clinical construction projects on a senior management track with a growing, people-first builder.

Must-Haves

• 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience with hospital renovations and expansions in occupied, active healthcare environments
• Knowledge of phasing, infection control (ICRA), life safety (ILSM), and complex MEP systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
• Strong client management and communication skills

What You'll Do

• Lead healthcare construction projects for hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
• Drive success through strong scheduling, process, and project controls
• Coordinate work in occupied hospitals with minimal disruption to patient care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ICRA, and ILSM requirements
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and facility teams
• Lead OAC meetings and monthly project status reviews
• Support preconstruction and business development, including RFP responses and client interviews
• Grow long-term healthcare client relationships
