Project Executive
Location: Portland, OR
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful completion of multifamily construction projects in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from initial planning and design to final construction and project completion.
- Create and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring that they are aligned with project objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
- Effectively manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Keep stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal management, informed about project progress, issues, and milestones.
- Monitor and control project costs, making sure they stay within approved budgets and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Proactively manage project risks and implement strategies to minimize potential delays or disruptions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a specific focus on multifamily residential projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional skills in managing complex projects from start to finish, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Show a proven ability to lead and coordinate project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.
- Be proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
