Position Overview: We are in need of a skilled and dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead the sales strategies of our manufacturing division. The ideal candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience in sales management, have a strong passion for continuous improvement (CI), and a relentless focus on providing unmatched service to our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Development of Sales Strategies: Devise and implement sales strategies in line with the company's goals to ensure consistent growth in revenue and market share.
  2. Leadership and Guidance: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, offering guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Exemplary Customer Service: Prioritize the delivery of extraordinary customer service by building strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Continuous Improvement (CI): Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team, implementing best practices and optimizing sales processes.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay well-informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to adapt strategies accordingly.
  6. Budget Management: Collaborate with the executive team to establish and effectively manage the annual sales budget, ensuring targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  7. Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends to the management team.
  8. Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the sales team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the manufacturing or related industry.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Strong dedication to continuous improvement (CI) principles and practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative work style.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
