Sales Representative - Hospice / Home Health

Looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our sales team. We have exciting opportunities available in both Hospice and Home Health services, with each offering attractive bonus compensation plans.

About the Role:

• We need highly motivated sales and marketing professionals who are dedicated to promoting our unique programs and services in Hospice or Home Health.
• Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who may refer patients to our hospice.

What We're Looking For:

• We prefer candidates who are local and already have established referral sources.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in promoting Hospice and/or Home Health services is required.
• You should have the ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• You must be able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A stable work history with proven, verifiable performance is a must.

Experience:

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
