Senior Electrical Engineering Leader, Building Systems

Join the leadership team of an established consulting engineering firm and guide its electrical practice while staying close to technical work.

Must-Haves

• BS in Electrical Engineering and PE license
• Significant consulting engineering or construction experience
• Strong background in building electrical systems
• Experience leading projects, teams, and client relationships
• Developing scopes, fees, proposals, and service agreements
• Strong command of electrical, building, and energy codes

What You'll Do

• Provide technical oversight and QC on complex electrical projects
• Lead project teams and plan workload
• Manage key clients and support proposals and interviews
• Mentor engineers and designers
• Shape technical standards and long-term practice growth

Nice-to-Haves

• Critical power, renewable energy, or specialized facilities
• Short-circuit and coordination studies, emergency and standby power
• Revit and Bluebeam
