What they’re seeking:
-A master's degree in speech language pathology is required.
-An active SLP license in Montana is necessary.
-1-3 years of experience in speech language pathology is preferred.
-ASHA certification is highly desirable.
-BLS certification is a must-have.
Hours and compensation potential:
-This position is for the day shift.
-The salary range is between $75K-$95K, along with comprehensive benefits and a relocation/sign-on bonus.
What you’ll be responsible for:
-As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for the prevention, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in both children and adults.
-Evaluate and diagnose various speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
-Develop and implement effective treatment programs.
-Provide counseling to patients and their families regarding test results and recommended treatment options.
-Establish clear understanding, expectations, and treatment goals with patients.
-Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all patient visits.
-Ensure communication with staff and external agencies is in accordance with state guidelines.
-Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines.

This facility is a critical access hospital with 25 beds.
