We are hiring an experienced Structural Engineer to lead the technical execution of steel structure repair projects—specifically for transmission powerlines and pole structures. You'll oversee everything from design and submittals to field implementation and training, playing a key role in strengthening the nation’s energy infrastructure.

This is a high-impact, hybrid role based in Downtown Atlanta, ideal for an engineer who’s ready to take ownership of technical challenges and collaborate across design, field, and business development teams.

🔩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead project design for steel structure repairs, collaborating with internal and external engineers and drafters

• Develop and document structural calculations ensuring full compliance with codes and customer requirements

• Coordinate with fabricators and material vendors to ensure cost-effective project delivery

• Support business development efforts with engineering insight and new product innovation

• Oversee and support pilot field projects, generate reports, and contribute to presentations

• Provide training to field personnel on new methods and repair techniques

• Help establish and maintain standardized drawings and specifications for steel structure repairs
