About Us:

We are actively seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with a proven track record in designing water and wastewater treatment plant projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams to ensure successful and timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Effectively manage project activities, including quality control and construction administration.
• Implement project management best practices to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (internal and external).
• Provide customized solutions and serve as a trusted advisor based on client needs.

Technical Expertise:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and execute various structural projects.
• Oversee the preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for multiple projects.
• Projects may include heavy civil projects such as dams, flood and retaining walls, and water transmission facilities, as well as architectural projects like low to mid-rise commercial and educational buildings.

Team Development:

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project managers in their professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and development.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in structural design
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering
• Experience in project management or federal projects
