Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop hand-woven and/or machine-made rug collections
• Conduct trend, color, and market research within the home décor and rug industry
• Meet with sales teams and customers to review projects and new product development
• Prepare and present design concepts, materials, and product ideas
• Collaborate with overseas manufacturers on product development and production
• Manage development timelines and support product approval processes
• Work proactively within development calendars to ensure projects stay on schedule
