Toxicology Sales Executive
Job Description:
The role of the Executive Sales Representative in Toxicology involves identifying fresh opportunities to enhance product sales, resolving customer complaints by conducting investigations, and strategically negotiating the terms of sale to successfully close deals. Additionally, you will need to actively build a comprehensive understanding of the latest clinical data offered by the company.To excel as the Executive Sales Representative in Toxicology, it is important to stay updated on the most recent developments in medical legislation to assess their impact on sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, exhibit exceptional customer service, and demonstrate a consultative sales approach to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings with both potential and existing customers.
- Conducting product presentations to both potential and existing customers.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products that fulfill those needs.
- Fostering solid relationships with new and existing customers by delivering excellent after-sales service.
- Attending industry events, training sessions, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
- Researching competitor products, pricing strategies, and market performance.
- Generating sales reports, territory analyses, and submitting them to management.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated experience in medical sales within the diagnostic/laboratory field.
- Current experience in selling toxicology testing
- Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
