Water and Wastewater Project Manager, Municipal NJDEP
Parsippany, NJ | Hybrid | Full-time | $120,000 to $160,000 a year

We're hiring a Water and Wastewater Project Manager to lead municipal treatment and conveyance projects and serve as our NJDEP point person.

Must-Haves

• 8+ years of water and wastewater consulting engineering
• Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• PE license (NJ or eligible by comity)
• Project management of scope, schedule, and budget
• NJDEP regulations and permitting
• US work authorization without sponsorship

What You'll Do

• Manage water and wastewater projects from planning through construction
• Write fee proposals and negotiate scope
• Lead design teams on drawings, specs, and basis of design reports
• Handle NJPDES permits and Treatment Works Approvals
• Coordinate State Revolving Fund and NJ Water Bank funding

Nice-to-Haves

• PFAS treatment design
• BNR, SBR, or MBR experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $120,000 to $160,000 base plus discretionary bonus
