Job Title: Urologist
Location: East Chicago & Hobart, Indiana
Compensation: $415,000 – $485,000 + Bonuses

Must-Have Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
• Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and DEA/CSR
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures
• Willingness to work in a high-tech, paperless (HIMSS Stage VII) environment

Physicians are supported with modern tools, including EPIC EMR and AI-driven documentation, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Schedule & Practice Details

• Monday – Friday schedule with flexibility
• Call rotation: 1:4
• Patient volume: flexible
• Practice across East Chicago and Hobart locations
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty focus (robotics, oncology, stones, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care
• Perform urological surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI-integrated tools for efficient documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fully integrated, paperless system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain strong communication with referring providers for coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and medical staff requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Comfort with AI-supported clinical tools and workflows
• Interest in developing subspecialty areas within urology
