About the Company

Through the spin-off of the semiconductor and display equipment/materials business

The company manufactures and sells semiconductor and display process equipment and materials, including:

  • Semiconductor Equipment: CMP, Wet Cleaning Systems
  • Display Equipment: Wet Station, APP
  • Materials: Ceria Slurry, Silica Slurry

Position

Sales Account Manager

Except for Koreans / onlySingaporean, Malaysian, Chinese, Taiwanese

Location: Singapore (Remote work initially until the local office setup is completed)

Employment Type: Local Hire (Not an expatriate assignment)

Salary: Up to KRW 200 million per year

Experience Required: 525 years

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key semiconductor customer accounts in Singapore and the region.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers including:
    • Micron
    • UMC
    • GlobalFoundries (GF)
    • Infineon
  • Support customer technical requirements in collaboration with headquarters and R&D teams in Korea.
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, technical, and research teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and provide market intelligence and business updates.
  • Promote and support sales activities for:
    • CMP Slurry
    • Post-Cleaning Chemicals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor customer-facing roles or supplier-related positions.
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment, materials, components, chemicals, or related industries.
  • Strong customer management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Willing and eligible to work in Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) industry.
  • Conversational Chinese language skills.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturers and fabs.

Organization & Reporting Structure

  • The position will belong to Pacific, the Singapore entity of the Group.
  • The Singapore operation is currently being established; therefore,
  • this role will initially operate as a one-person local sales function.
  • Reporting Line:
    • CEO
    • Manager of Materials Sales Team 3 (Korea Headquarters)

Although employed by oo Pacific, the role will primarily support oo’s semiconductor materials business.

Working Environment

  • Based in Singapore.
  • Initial remote work arrangement until the Singapore office is fully established.
  • Future office location: Woodlands, Singapore.
  • Frequent communication and collaboration with 00 headquarters and R&D teams in Korea.
  • No planned relocation to Korea or other countries.
  • Singapore-based local employment only.

  • Singapore residents are preferred.
  • Candidates of any nationality (e.g., Singaporean, Malaysian, Chinese, Taiwanese, /Except for Koreans)
  • may be considered, provided they are currently residing in Singapore and legally able to work there.
