We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insolvency + Restructuring Partner Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in White Plains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insolvency and restructuring law and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex insolvency and restructuring cases, providing strategic legal advice and representation.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize recovery for clients involved in financial distress situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to navigate intricate financial structures and negotiate with creditors.
• Advise clients on matters related to bankruptcy, restructuring, workouts, and related transactions.
• Maintain and grow a robust client base through strong relationship management and business development efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring law, with a proven track record as a partner or senior attorney.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
