Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV distributed control systems (DCS)

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Technology

Strong understanding of control system design, coding, and project lifecycle documentation

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and mentor engineers and technicians
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Control Systems Engineer - DeltaV to design, configure, commission, and qualify DeltaV control systems for process manufacturing clients. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and customer-facing responsibilities to deliver high-performance control system solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to define functional requirements and design DeltaV control systems

Develop lifecycle documents, electrical panels, control architecture, and wiring drawings per GMP standards

Redline P&ID documentation and implement DeltaV system configurations

Lead on-site testing, commissioning, and qualification of control systems

Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams to deliver solutions

Develop engineering standards to improve project efficiency and accuracy

Support business development with technical sales expertise

Collaborate in a team environment to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and profitability

Proven ability to lead and manage engineers and technicians on complex projects

Hands-on technical expertise in DeltaV systems and control system engineering

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $80,000–$130,000 (DOE)
