The Opportunity

Our client is an innovative, closed-door long-term care pharmacy near the beautiful lake community of Eufaula, OK, and they’re adding a Staff Pharmacist to the team due to growth. This is a full-time day shift role with no walk-in counter, no general public, and no insurance battles. Just clean, focused pharmacy work serving nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.

You’ll spend your day doing what you trained for:

• Receiving and reviewing medication orders

• Dispensing medications to client facilities

• Interacting with medical staff for order clarification and providing drug information

• Supervising and supporting technicians

The pharmacy is well-run, with excellent automation, strong leadership, and an owner-led culture that actually values its people. It’s a thriving rural operation. Yes, the rural location is the real challenge here, but it’s a gorgeous part of Oklahoma right on Eufaula Lake.

The Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 to 6 (or 10 to 7), with a rotating weekend (8a to 4p) just once every 6 weeks

• Compensation: $130,000 to $160,000/year, competitive benefits, and relocation assistance where applicable

Requirements

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD

• Licensed to practice in Oklahoma, or eligible to reciprocate

• Stable work history, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine customer-service focus

• Retail, hospital, specialty, or LTC background. We’ll consider a range of experience
