Maintenance Technician, Multicraft

Compensation: $29.89 to $33.76 per hour

This Multicraft Maintenance Technician role performs a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The company provides paid training and advancement programs to help technicians build multi craft skills and grow their earnings over time.

The Maintenance Technician diagnoses equipment breakdowns and restores machinery quickly and safely, performs preventive and predictive maintenance, and works closely with production and other maintenance team members to keep operations running smoothly. This role also involves continuously expanding technical skills through the company's ongoing training programs.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi craft skills
• Availability to work 3rd shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting
