Must-Haves

• Experience in product development within apparel (sleepwear, loungewear, or related categories)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple samples and timelines
• Experience coordinating with overseas factories, preferably in China
• Knowledge of fabric development, testing, and approvals
• Ability to manage print and color approval processes
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PLM systems (preferred)
• Mandarin language skills are a strong plus

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support the end-to-end development process for ladies’ and juniors’ sleepwear and loungewear collections. This role plays a key part in ensuring product timelines, quality standards, and communication across global partners are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily product development activities from concept through final sample approval
• Participate in development meetings and track all action items to completion
• Manage fabric testing and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Oversee print and color approvals, ensuring alignment with design intent
• Communicate regularly with overseas factories regarding development updates and timelines
• Track, update, and organize all samples throughout the development lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records in PLM systems and support cross-functional reporting

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting apparel product development, ideally in sleepwear or loungewear
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator with the ability to work across design, production, and factory teams
• Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production timelines
• Mandarin language capability is highly valued for effective factory communication
