Hospice Sales Executive
Corpus Christi, TX (Nueces, San Patricio and Aransas Counties) | $75,000 to $90,000 per year

This hospice care provider is hiring a field based sales executive to grow referral volume across the Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend market. The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. This is a good fit for a sales professional who already has healthcare referral relationships in the area and wants to apply them toward census growth for a hospice program.

Schedule
Full time, field based role covering Nueces, San Patricio and Aransas counties.

Compensation
$75,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will develop, expand and maintain referral source relationships throughout the assigned territory, representing the hospice program professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community organizations. You will identify new referral opportunities and grow existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity, while working closely with clinical and operations teams to support smooth patient transitions into care. Day to day work includes relationship building with case managers, discharge planners and physician offices, along with regular account management and territory planning to support consistent census growth.

Required Qualifications

• Hospice and/or home health sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years of sales, marketing, business development or referral development experience in a healthcare setting
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to build and manage relationships with a range of healthcare referral sources

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of healthcare sales or referral development experience
• Established referral source relationships in the Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend market
• Experience with CRM or contact management software
