Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider, Clinic and OR

Location: Geneva, NY (Finger Lakes region)
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Pay: $115,000 to $135,000 per year, plus sign-on bonus and incentives

Join a collaborative orthopedic team as an NP or PA, caring for patients in both clinic and surgical settings.

Must-Haves

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current state licensure and national certification
• DEA license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and assist in surgery when needed
• Order and interpret imaging and lab studies
• Perform joint injections, splinting, and casting
• Build treatment plans and educate patients on recovery and prevention
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Nice-to-Haves

• Orthopedic, fracture care, or musculoskeletal experience
• First assist experience in the OR
• Sports medicine experience

Compensation and Benefits
