Pulmonary Critical Care Physician
Geneva, NY | $515,000 to $550,000 per year plus sign-on bonus

A premier health organization in the Finger Lakes region of New York is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Physician to provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with pulmonary and critical care conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Schedule
Full-time.

Compensation
$515,000 to $550,000 per year, plus sign-on bonus and student loan repayment.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will provide consultation and ongoing care for patients with pulmonary disorders, including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and pulmonary hypertension. You will perform and interpret pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures, participate in multidisciplinary rounds in the ICU, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare staff. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted New York State medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in ICU multidisciplinary rounds
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives in a hospital or health system setting
