Physician Assistant, Hospitalist Inpatient Medicine

Location: Geneva, NY (Finger Lakes region)
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Day shift, flexible rotating 12-hour shifts
Pay: $115,000 to $135,000 per year, plus sign-on bonus and performance incentives
Relocation: Assistance available where applicable

Must-Haves

• Physician Assistant with a Family or Adult medicine background
• NCCPA certification and New York State PA license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfort working as part of a collaborative inpatient team

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient hospitalist care as part of an established team
• Admit, evaluate, and manage hospitalized adult patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and care coordination
• Document care accurately and support safe transitions and discharges
• Work flexible, rotating 12-hour day shifts

Nice-to-Haves

• Hospital medicine or hospitalist experience
• Inpatient internal medicine experience
• Emergency or critical care exposure

Compensation and Benefits
