We're hiring a Roadway and Utility Superintendent to lead heavy civil crews on NCDOT highway and underground utility projects in the Triangle.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years as a roadway or utility superintendent or senior foreman
- DOT highway or utility project experience
- Grading, storm drain, water, sewer, and paving
- Traffic control and lane closures
- Valid driver's license
What You'll Do
- Supervise roadway, grading, and underground utility crews
- Plan the work and hold the schedule shift to shift
- Lead toolbox talks and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with NCDOT inspectors and engineers
- Complete daily reports, crew time, and quantities
