Grow hospice referrals across the Rossville and greater Chattanooga area by building strong relationships with local referral sources.
Must-Haves
- Hospice or home health sales experience
- 2+ years of healthcare sales, business development, or referral development
- Local market knowledge and a verifiable track record
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
What You'll Do
- Build and expand relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs, and senior living communities
- Represent hospice services to referral partners, patients, and families
- Find new referral opportunities through consistent outside sales activity
- Partner with clinical and operations teams for smooth transitions into care
- Drive census growth through steady account management
Nice-to-Haves
- 3+ years of healthcare sales or referral development
- Established local referral relationships
- CRM experience
