Lead full-cycle recruiting for multi-site manufacturing operations, from plant floor roles to executive searches.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7 to 10 years of recruiting, including manufacturing and executive search
• Proven success filling roles across multiple locations and a global workforce
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates
• ATS and recruiting tools experience

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles and recruiting strategy
• Source through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
• Recruit for manufacturing, operations, and executive roles across global locations
• Build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs
• Track recruiting metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness

• Relationships with professional associations and technical schools
• Experience recruiting for industrial service or equipment companies

Compensation and Benefits
