Oakmont, PA (Onsite, local candidates only) | Full-Time | $90,000 to $110,000 plus bonus
Be the go-to HR leader for a consumer products plant, with a clear path to multi-site HR oversight.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or warehousing
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters independently and know when to escalate
- Strong relationship skills from the production floor to the front office
- Must live locally
What You'll Do
- Serve as the single point of HR contact for a plant of about 80 employees
- Coach plant leaders on employee relations, performance, and conflict
- Partner with corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations
- Drive site recruiting, onboarding, and retention
- Keep the site compliant with employment law and company policy
- Stay visible on the production floor
- Support HR systems rollouts and process improvements

- HRIS implementation experience
