Account Executive

Location: Oakland, CA
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year + Comprehensive Benefits Package
In this position, you will be responsible for exceeding monthly sales goals by acquiring new accounts within a designated geographic region. Your main duties will include selling our products, services, and solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads. You will need to analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of our offerings. Additionally, you will customize recommendations to negotiate and close deals.
  • Under the guidance of the sales manager, generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to effectively demonstrate the value of our products and services. Recommend wireless solutions based on price plans, data, enhanced services, and accessories.
  • Negotiate and successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Attend training sessions on products, services, and sales meetings.
  • Create innovative and impactful sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Utilize sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools to their full potential. Manage the sales funnel and generate reports on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management as required.

  • Customer Service: Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail (Required)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities (Required)
  • Negotiation: Skilled in effective negotiation and closing techniques (Required)
  • Proposal Writing: Experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred)

  • Highly persistent individual with exceptional communication skills
  • Prior experience in B2B sales
  • Preference for candidates with C-level sales experience
  • Familiarity with negotiating contracts
  • Background in technology sales
  • Understanding of the telecommunications industry
  • This role requires a proactive approach, including cold calling, prospecting, and building a sales pipeline
  • Willingness to travel

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
