Business Development Manager – Commercial Construction
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as the Commercial Construction Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be focused on vertical construction projects such as hospitality, towers, and multifamily buildings. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, embraces challenges, and is dedicated to delivering superior customer service. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and work towards achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads provided by the company
- Develop relationships with building owners and property managers
- Generate leads and network within the community
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Assist customers in signing contracts and ensure smooth transition to production
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals
What we offer:
- Competitive base salary plus commission with earning potential of $100,000 to $200,000

- Computer savvy and willing to learn new applications

Requirements:
- Self-starter with strong motivation
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, but not required
- Preferred experience in the construction industry
- Previous sales experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
